Adam Tavin is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Engineer for Focus Product Design. 
Adam has over 15 years of experience developing products and bringing them to market, and has worked in just about every industry. Over the last 7 years since founding Focus Product Design Adam has refined Focuses Product Design Process to maximize innovation while minimizing development and manufacturing costs through concurrent engineering practices. Adam has played a key role in the design and management of over 100 products during his career with many successful product introductions into the marketplace.

Prior to founding Focus Product Design, Adam had an extensive Mechanical Engineering career including many years of contract engineering and consulting experience. He worked for some well known companies such as Apple and Cisco Systems as well as many smaller startup and mid size companies.

Mr. Tavin has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Adam is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers ASME.

John C. Myung is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Focus Product Design.  
With more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, Mr. Myung has in-depth experience in retail, online and enterprise marketing including corporate branding, market positioning, and sales promotions. Prior to Focus Product Design, John was the Chief Marketing Officer at Morf Mobile, a software company delivering advertising and social networking platforms in the mobile infrastructure space.

Prior to Morf Mobile, John was the Vice President of Marketing and Investor Relations at iLoopMobile, a provider of mobile text and advertising campaigns to top-tier clients like NBC/BRAVO, IGN, The Black-Eyed Peas, and other media giants. Before iLoopMobile, John was the Vice President of Marketing at RedCannon where he launched the first personal multi-purpose mobile applications on a USB device called KeyPoint. KeyPoint was a product solution that including partnerships with Citrix, RSA, and Verisign. Previously, John was director of technical marketing at Network ICE, Inc., a privately funded startup company developing high-speed intrusion protection products that was acquired by Internet Security Systems for $ 200 million in cash and stock. John has held a number of technical and marketing positions at startups, enterprise, and Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Myung has a Juris Doctor in Laws. John actively works with small startup companies and performs due diligence work for many private investors.
